The registered business office of the company is located in Terrassa, Spain. The company operates in four divisions: Slots, Casinos, Bingo, and Business-to-Business. The compny's Slots division owns and manages slot machines in bars, cafes, restaurants, and arcades in the country. Its Casinos division manages and operates casinos that operate table games and casino style slot machines; and electronic casinos, which only operate slot and other gaming machines. The company's Bingo division engages in the operation of bingo halls. Its Business-to-Business division designs, manufactures, and distributes slot machines and gaming kits, as well as engages in the development of interactive gaming systems, with a focus on ready-to-market products, such as interconnected slot machines, linked bingo products, and electronic and on-line lotteries. The company is considered one of the world's leading gaming and leisure companies. As of December of 2009, the company operated 23,276 slot machines; 25 traditional casinos and 50 electronic casinos; and 57 bingo halls. It is a global company with operating subsidiaries in Spain, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Greece, Italy, Panama, Aruba, Venezuela, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Russian Federation, Latvia, and the Dominican Republic.
