Wholesale of meat and meat products
The company is engaged in the wholesale of meat and meat products. The registered head office of the company is located in Terrassa, Spain. The company was established in 1964 from the hands of Antonio Cerezo in a small shop in Terrassa where the hams he brought from his home town (Serón) started to be successful. With the addition of José Antonio Roldán in the middle of the seventies, the fame of the hams quality was getting higher. Because of the demand of the local traditional trade, the old shop becomes a small 140 square meters regional wholesale warehouse, with a work force made up of three people. In the middle of the eighties, distribution agreements were reached with first iberic brands: COVAP (Coop. Valle Pedroches) et Sánchez Romero Carvajal (5J). In 1988 new facilities of 1,400 square meters were opened in Ctra. Matadepera with the first Artesanía Ibérica shop of the company. The company sells its products in 10 European countries. 220,000 hams and more than 40,000 gift baskets are sold each year.
